Sollis Health is hiring a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by delivering a premium, high-touch experience to inbound leads. You will own early conversations, educate prospects about our care model, and guide enrollment while coordinating with senior directors for complex needs.

This role supports a remote-friendly schedule and requires a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles with quota carrying experience.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and supporting a sales process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for inbound membership inquiries with a high-touch experience.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and schedule conversations.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and interests.
• Educate on Sollis' care model, services, and benefits.
• Guide prospects through enrollment for memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Directors for complex conversations.
• Maintain records in Salesforce.
