Sollis Health in the United States is seeking a proactive Membership Sales Associate to be the first contact for prospective members, delivering a high-touch, responsive experience by phone, email, and text.

This early-career role provides training in consultative selling within a premium healthcare environment, with a clear path to a Senior Membership Director, and a compensation package featuring base pay plus strong commission.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles; quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and supporting a sales process is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Comfort with a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings; Pacific Time hours.
• Pacific Time working hours required for this opening.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a first contact for inbound membership inquiries with a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Respond quickly to inquiries to improve speed-to-lead and schedule conversations with prospective members.
• Conduct initial discovery to understand needs and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Educate prospective members on Sollis' care model, services, and benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Directors for complex member conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when located in markets.
• Coordinate onboarding with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and materials.
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically in all interactions.
