The role is 100% virtual with a daytime schedule, Monday–Friday. You will handle registrations, insurance verification, and customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in registration/scheduling or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Call and schedule patients; pre-register and intake from facilities.
• Create Medical Record numbers and register information.
• Collect demographic and billing information courteously.
• Identify issues affecting workflow and report to management.
• Answer questions about appointments, directions, and hospital services.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Stay current on scheduling protocols and daily updates.
• Train and coach new staff as assigned.
• Verify insurance eligibility and prior authorizations as needed.
• Assist with follow-up metrics and barrier identification.
• Other duties as assigned.
