Qualifications

• 5 years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
• Desired Skills: SaaS, Human Capital Management, Effective Communication, Solution/Consultative Selling.
• Highly developed presentation skills; ability to own the room.
• Strong relationship-building expertise.

Responsibilities

• Convey value proposition for customers through presentations, demos, and Q&A.
• Assist in aligning technology with client needs and objectives.
• Understand customer's technology ecosystems and how our tech fits into their environment.
• Communicate simple and complex technical solutions to IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and map customer signals to outcomes; coordinate with implementation teams.
• Stay aware of competitive solutions and benchmark against industry standards.
• Assist with RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and coordinate responses with cross-functional teams.
• Create integration architecture diagrams and technical assets for reuse.
