Job summary

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer who will become the product expert in the sales cycle, solving client business problems with Atlassian products and helping close enterprise deals.

You will partner with sales teams, articulate the value of the full Atlassian portfolio, and lead value-based demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills to multi-level audiences.
• Able to translate complex business problems into compelling value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams and channel partners to map customer needs to Atlassian products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion and demonstrate Atlassian value.
• Lead compelling value-based demonstrations and guide customers' technical needs in the sales process.
