Hyland is seeking a Sales Solution Engineer to provide technical and industry expertise to the Sales team and customers throughout the pre‑sales process. You will act as the technical point of contact, coordinate pre‑sales activities, and deliver tailored demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or CS or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to develop engaging, informative presentations.
• Knowledge of ECM and software implementation methodologies.
• Experience in technical sales and pre‑sales processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact on standard customer engagements — coordinating pre‑sales meetings, determining technical requirements, and working with development teams.
• Create and present demonstrations of proposed solutions to key customer stakeholders to gain buy‑in for the recommended approach.
• Coordinate meetings with global services to transition key information for a seamless handoff.
• Contribute internal documentation reflecting all activity related to the solution strategy and provide technical responses for RFPs.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes and stay current with best practices and market trends.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, services, and technical teams to ensure a smooth pre‑sales process.
