Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Sales Solution Engineer for remote work in the U.S. You will lead technical aspects of pre-sales engagements, design and present solution strategies, and collaborate with global services to ensure smooth customer handoffs.

You will apply deep industry knowledge, deliver compelling demonstrations, and support RFP responses while mentoring junior engineers and driving deal momentum.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of solution strategies and industry verticals.
• Experience with ECM and software implementation methodologies.
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for complex customer engagements in pre-sales meetings.
• Create and present demonstrations of proposed solutions to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global services to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate internal documentation.
• Provide technical responses for RFPs and stay current on best practices and market trends.
• Present at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as a Hyland representative.
• Mentor and train team members to grow technical capabilities of the pre-sales organization.
