Synera is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to blend technical acumen with storytelling and consultative selling. You will design compelling demos, translate engineering challenges into value, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to showcase automation benefits.

Formación

Several years in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales in B2B SaaS.
Comfort with technically complex products and ability to build or manipulate models.
Experience with CAD/CAE systems and 3D printing, casting, molding, or milling helps.
Strong storytelling to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsabilidades

Partner with Account Executives and CRO to drive revenue and support strategic deals.
Translate customer challenges into tailored demos, workflows, and technical presentations.
Design and deliver live demonstrations showing real-world impact of Synera.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams and decision makers.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and adoption.
Inspire engineers by showing how automation transforms workflows.
Learn from customers and share insights with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
