Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Licenses: Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company supports licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales revenue quota.
• Present Dignity Memorial planning options using electronic presentations.
• Lead generation through community networks, events, and seminars.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments with families.
• Prepare and walk families through final contracts and processes.
• Provide service beyond expectations to encourage referrals and future sales.
• Represent the SCI brand and service excellence; follow CRM processes.
