Job summary

The PPA at Service Corporation International (Dignity Memorial) is a self-starter role where you sell pre-need arrangements and services while serving families with care. You may work from home or meet families in the field, with a quota and ongoing referrals central to success and career growth.

You will build community relationships, prospect daily, deliver presentations of the Personal Planning Guide, and coordinate with funeral home teams to ensure high-quality service and future referrals.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Current state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• In states where required, must hold a Funeral Directors License to perform this role.
• Sales experience or one to two years industry experience or equivalent education.
• CRM experience or familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals for both at-need and pre-need arrangements using company tools.
• Prospect a minimum of 4 hours daily, including face-to-face outreach at events or seminars.
• Obtain referrals from families after services.
• Network and build community and civic relationships.
• Present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide presentations to families.
• Maintain activity levels to ensure productivity.
• Remain flexible with schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Build relationships with families and provide value to meet needs.
