Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking aSales Associate to drive revenue for Dignity Memorial products and services. You will prospect in the community, present pre-need options, and guide families through planning conversations with empathy and professionalism.

You will manage leads, use CRM tools, and follow up for referrals. Evening and weekend availability is often required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Licenses: Funeral Directors License or state license where required; Life Insurance license.
• Experience: Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Skills: Proficient computer/tech skills; strong public speaking; ability to work evenings/weekends; bilingual a plus.
• Other: Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota.
• Present cemetery and pre-need services to consumers; guide tours of grounds/crematory mausoleums.
• Build community relationships to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with families and referrals; maintain CRM activity and client relationships.
