Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License: Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law (company will assist).
• Current state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus; industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through community events, networks, and referrals; schedule sales appointments.
• Present at-need cemetery and pre-need services using professional materials; nurture prospects toward closing.
• Follow up with families; complete contracts; provide post-sale service and referrals.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with families; support them during grief and aftercare.
