Job summary

Service Corporation International seeks a Re-Engagement Planning Advisor to grow client relationships and drive sales of pre-planned funeral and cemetery/mausoleum services. You will learn industry products, CRM and contracting software, and work to meet revenue quotas with a compassionate, data-driven approach.

The role requires evenings and weekend availability and involves updating CRM records, scheduling appointments, and explaining trust-based insurance options to clients.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license as required by state.
• Driver’s license with valid driving record.
• Sales or customer experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM and social networking apps helpful.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusting relationships with prospective and existing client families to generate sales leads.
• Update client information and notes in CRM.
• Schedule sales appointments, including evenings and weekends.
• Conduct appointments at clients’ homes, company locations, or virtually.
• Explain insurance (trust) product features and complete contracts.
• Utilize CRM to source leads and build sales pipeline.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
