Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a remote Pre-Litigation Associate to drive early case progress in a high-volume personal injury environment. You will initiate claims, manage medical records and bills retrievals, obtain police reports, and coordinate care for clients.

You will also oversee demand preparation, resolve final liens, and negotiate with insurers to ensure attorneys have comprehensive, well-documented files. This is a remote role for experienced professionals who excel in detail-critical

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume personal injury case management.
• Handled 75+ cases simultaneously or more.
• Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
• Excel at coordinating with clients, providers and insurers.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Open auto/health insurance claims and liaise with adjusters.
• Request, track, and organize medical records and police reports.
• Monitor treatment progression and outcomes.
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare complete case files for demand.
• Communicate with clients daily to guide them through pre-litigation.
• Maintain case timelines and milestones with precision.
• Spot and eliminate operational inefficiencies to drive speed and accuracy.
• Uphold high standards of documentation and file integrity.
