Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Remote Pre-Litigation Associate to support high-volume personal injury cases from intake to resolution. You will open claims, coordinate medical records, police reports, and care coordination for clients, while ensuring accurate, well-documented files for attorneys.

You will drive demand preparation, manage final liens, and guide cases to completion, working independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in personal injury operations, case management, or insurance claims (or equivalent).
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Ensure treatment progression and awareness of treatment outcomes.
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare complete case files for demand.
• Communicate with clients daily to guide them through pre-litigation.
• Maintain case timelines and milestones with precision.
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies to drive speed and accuracy.
• Uphold stringent documentation and file integrity.
