Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a remote Pre-Litigation Associate to drive early case progress in high-volume personal injury matters. You will initiate claims, manage medical records and bills retrievals, obtain police reports, and coordinate care for clients, ensuring comprehensive, well-documented files for attorneys.

In this role, you will oversee demand preparation, resolve liens, negotiate with insurers, and move cases through to completion while maintaining meticulous case files and strong client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume personal injury case management.
• Experience opening auto/health insurance claims and communicating with carriers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated in fast-paced environments.
• Strong time management and ability to work remotely.
• Excellent client communication with attorneys and providers.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and serve as the primary liaison with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Ensure treatment progression and awareness of treatment outcomes.
• Identify and proactively resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare complete, accurate case files for demand.
• Communicate with clients daily to guide them through the pre-litigation process.
• Maintain case timelines and ensure milestones are met with precision.
• Spot and eliminate operational inefficiencies to drive speed and accuracy.
• Uphold the highest standards in documentation, file integrity, and communication.
