Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate to drive early case progress in high-volume personal injury workflows. You will initiate claims, organize medical records and bills retrievals, obtain police reports, and coordinate care for clients; this remote role supports attorneys with comprehensive, well-documented files.

You will liaise with insurance carriers, prepare demand packages, resolve liens, and ensure timely case advancement while maintaining meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume personal injury case management.
• Experience handling 75+ cases concurrently.
• Experience opening auto/health insurance claims and negotiating liens.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, providers, attorneys, and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters and carriers.
• Track and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Ensure treatment progression and outcomes awareness.
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Prepare complete case files for demand with lead paralegals.
