EvenUp, a fast-growing vertical SaaS company, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate for a remote, nationwide role. You will drive pre-litigation personal injury cases through early stages, initiating claims, organizing medical records, obtaining police reports, and coordinating care for clients.

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume personal injury case management.
• Experience in opening auto/health insurance claims, demand preparation, and lien reductions is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
