EvenUp is seeking a Remote Pre-Litigation Associate to support high-volume personal injury cases from intake to resolution. You will open auto/health insurance claims, manage medical records and bills, obtain police reports, and coordinate care for clients while ensuring accurate, timely case files for attorneys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume personal injury case management.
• Handled 75+ cases concurrently preferred.
• Experience opening auto/health insurance claims and coordinating records.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Coordinate care for clients and monitor treatment progression.
• Prepare demand packages and resolve liens with carriers.
• Maintain accurate case files and timelines for attorneys.
• Communicate with clients daily and uphold high documentation standards.
