Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate to drive case progress from intake to resolution in a remote setting across the United States. You will initiate claims, manage medical records, police reports, and coordinate care for clients, ensuring accurate, timely documentation.

You will open insurance claims, coordinate with adjusters, prepare demand packages, resolve liens, and support attorneys with well-documented files to negotiate favorable settlements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume personal injury case management.
• Handled 75+ cases simultaneously is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and serve as the liaison with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Prepare complete, accurate case files for demand with lead paralegals.
