Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate to drive early-stage personal injury case progression remotely in the United States and Canada. You will initiate claims, organize medical records and bills retrievals, obtain police reports, and coordinate care for clients.

You will also oversee demand preparation, resolve final liens, negotiate with insurance carriers, and manage cases through to completion, ensuring attorneys have comprehensive, well-documented files to build and negotiate each

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume personal injury case management.
• Experience opening auto/health insurance claims.
• Managing treatment progress, bills retrieval, and records.
• Negotiating liens and coordinating with carriers.
• Strong communication with clients, providers, and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Ensure treatment progression and outcomes awareness.
• Identify and resolve lien/subrogation issues.
• Prepare complete case files for demand with lead paralegals.
• Communicate with clients daily to guide them through pre-litigation.
• Maintain case timelines and milestones with precision.
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies to drive speed and accuracy.
• Uphold documentation and file integrity standards.
