Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead in a remote, New York-based role. You will supervise 3–5 case managers, coordinate with the Pre-Litigation Attorney, and drive case progress toward demand preparation and settlement.

You will own data dashboards, improve processes, and mentor junior staff while managing a caseload of approximately 50 high-value pre-litigation matters. Strong leadership and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in NY or multiple states
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of case managers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience reviewing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while collaborating with a team

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers, assign workloads and provide coaching
• Ensure case files are complete and documented per firm standards
• Coordinate with Pre-Litigation Attorney on strategy and progress
• Monitor case velocity and ensure timely settlements
• Lead onboarding and development of pod members
• Manage ~50 active pre-litigation cases with high-value focus
• Create and pull reports to evaluate KPIs and drive improvements
