Job summary

TopDog Law is a rapidly growing personal injury firm operating fully remotely. We seek a Case Manager Lead to supervise 3–5 Pre‑Litigation Case Managers, drive case progression, and maintain strong documentation standards.

You will partner with the Pre‑Litigation Attorney, oversee medical record reviews, and push processes for faster settlements while upholding quality and culture across a national remote team.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters across states or Tennessee.
• Experience leading a team of case managers, directing workflow to move files efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reviewing medical records and bills and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–5 Pre‑Litigation Case Managers within the pod and balance workloads.
• Coach and develop team, ensuring consistent case handling practices.
• Serve as operational liaison between case managers and the Pre‑Litigation Attorney.
• Monitor case velocity and ensure settlements meet value targets.
• Lead onboarding and training for new case managers joining the pod.
• Manage approximately 50 active pre‑litigation cases with high-value focus.
• Maintain organized case files with complete documentation.
