Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead to supervise 3–5 case managers, drive workflows, and ensure timely progression of cases within a remote, fast-moving firm. You’ll partner with the Pre-Litigation Attorney to align strategy and ensure quality documentation and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years of pre-litigation experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with case management software to optimize velocity, accuracy, and client service.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters across states or Arizona.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of case managers.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers within the pod.
• Balance workloads and guide case handling procedures and documentation standards.
• Ensure priorities and progression expectations are understood by the team.
• Coach and support day-to-day activities to drive effective execution.
• Act as operational liaison between case managers and the Pre-Litigation Attorney.
• Handle escalations from clients and providers, resolving issues early.
