Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is a fully remote personal injury law firm expanding nationally. The Case Manager Lead will supervise 3–5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers, coordinate workloads, and ensure adherence to case management procedures and documentation standards.

You’ll partner with the Pre-Litigation Attorney to drive case progression, monitor medical records, and maintain organized files while managing a high-volume caseload with strong data and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters across multiple states (TN).
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of case managers and directing workflow toward settlements.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers and balance workloads.
• Provide guidance on case handling procedures and documentation standards.
• Act as primary operational liaison between case manager team and Pre-Litigation Attorney.
• Handle escalations from clients and providers, resolving issues before escalation.
• Escalate friction points between case managers and attorney to Pre-Lit Case Manager Ops Manager.
