Job summary

TopDog Law is seeking a Case Manager to own client relationships from day one through settlement while supporting personal injury pre-litigation matters in Georgia. This fully remote role focuses on advocacy, efficient case progression, and compassionate communication to help clients navigate a stressful process.

You'll manage high-volume caseloads, coordinate medical records, and collaborate with a fast-growing team. Competitive salary and full benefits are offered for a remote position.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Georgia
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

• This is a fully owned role, not a hand-off; it can be one of the most impactful seats in the firm
