TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead in Georgia. You will supervise 3–5 case managers, balance workloads, coach on procedures, and coordinate with the Pre-Litigation Attorney to move cases toward settlement.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes ownership, data-driven improvements, and rapid scaling across the firm. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in pre-litigation, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation across multiple states or Georgia.
• Proven experience leading a team of case managers and directing workflow.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and bills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers within the pod.
• Assign and balance workloads across the team.
• Provide guidance on case handling procedures and documentation standards.
• Ensure case progression meets priorities and expectations.
• Coach and support day-to-day team performance.
• Serve as liaison between case managers and the Pre-Litigation Attorney.
• Handle escalations from clients and providers to resolve issues.
• Escalate friction points to the Pre-Lit Case Manager Ops Manager.
• Own MRI rates and track diagnostics; monitor case velocity.
• Ensure settlements meet target values relative to policy limits.
• Identify and clear roadblocks to case progression.
• Monitor medical record collection and documentation gathering.
• Ensure case files contain required documentation and evidence.
• Review case files for completeness before escalation.
• Maintain strong file organization and documentation discipline.
• Lead onboarding and training for new case managers.
• Provide coaching and identify training needs.
• Promote consistent practices and ownership across the team.
• Model best practices in case management with own caseload.
• Manage approximately 50 active pre-litigation cases.
