Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead in the United States to oversee a remote team handling personal injury cases from onboarding to settlement or referral. You will guide case valuation, negotiations, and decisions about litigation, while improving workflows and maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in personal injury pre-litigation case management.
• Experience supervising or leading a case management team.
• Strong knowledge of medical records management and treatment coordination.
• Experience preparing demand packages and negotiating settlements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the pre-litigation case management team, assigning workloads and ensuring progress.
• Set expectations for client communication, file documentation, and quality of work.
• Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and address issues promptly.
• Perform file audits to identify delays and obstacles to progression.
• Review demand packages for completeness and readiness before submission.
• Monitor case aging and cycle times to prevent delays.
• Identify cases for potential litigation and advise on strategy.
• Oversee client satisfaction and timely communication throughout the process.
• Improve workflows and templates within the case management system.
• Track KPIs such as caseload, aging, turnaround, and settlements.
• Coordinate handoffs to litigation and settlement teams.
• Suggest process improvements based on data and feedback.
• Assess performance at 90 days, 6 months, and annually.
