Job summary

EvenUp in the United States is seeking a deeply experienced leader to oversee multiple remote case management teams driving pre-litigation personal injury cases. You will mentor senior managers, build trust across time zones, and partner with product, engineering, and data to enhance our AI-assisted tools while upholding the firm's standards and client care.

This fully remote leadership role requires a track record of scaling teams in high-volume settings and a proactive, people-first leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
• Experience leading multiple managers and remote teams.
• Proven ability to scale operations in high-volume environments.
• Comfort with AI-driven workflows and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple remote case management teams.
• Hire, coach, and develop team leads and managers.
• Establish structure, rituals, and standards for a distributed team.
• Run leadership meetings, performance reviews, and case reviews.
• Monitor capacity, workloads, and case distribution across time zones.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to improve tools.
