Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Practice Innovation Attorney to act as the innovation partner for the Litigation Practice Specialty Centers. This remote role emphasizes improving legal service delivery through knowledge management, AI-enabled workflows, and technology adoption, aligned with attorney judgment.

You will analyze workflows, develop reusable knowledge assets, deliver training, and advise attorneys on adopting innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a J.D. and a 4-year degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as practicing attorney or in knowledge management/innovation/legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the Litigation PSC from concept through implementation.
• Contribute to client-facing solutions and innovative service delivery models.
• Advise attorneys and business teams on use of firm tools, knowledge assets, and workflows.
• Develop training and adoption programs for knowledge resources and technology.
