Job summary

Dura-Line is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Power Utility to grow our business across the U.S. in a remote, field-based capacity.

You will lead account development, manage territory analytics, pricing, forecasting, and drive profitable growth. You''ll build relationships with utilities, distributors, contractors, and engineering firms, travel ~75%, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to support customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Power Utility or related markets.
• Proven track record in selling to utilities and distributors.
• Willingness to travel ~75% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for the Power Utility market.
• Build long-term relationships with utilities, distributors, and contractors.
• Identify new customers and opportunities.
• Set goals for reps and distribution partners.
• Forecast monthly sales and provide demand visibility.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to support customers.
• Participate in pricing reviews and communicate market insights.
• Resolve customer challenges with practical, value-added solutions.
