Dura-Line, part of Orbia, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Power Utility sector. This remote, field-based role focuses on strategic account development, new business growth, pricing, forecasting, and territory analytics.

You will travel roughly 75%, build relationships with utilities, distributors, and contractors, and drive profitable growth. A bachelor's degree and Power Utility experience are required; SAP/CRM and Salesforce experience are a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years in Power Utility or related markets.
• Inside and/or outside sales experience with new customers.
• Willing to travel ~75% in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Forecasting, pricing, and budget-driven decision making.
• Experience with SAP/CRM and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop growth strategies for the Power Utility market.
• Build long-term relationships with utilities, distributors, contractors, engineering firms, and key partners.
• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers at end-user accounts.
• Implement pricing strategies that support profitable growth.
• Forecast monthly sales volumes and provide visibility into upcoming needs.
• Use data to evaluate performance and manage territory against budget.
• Set goals for manufacturers reps and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service for growth.
• Participate in pricing and business reviews and share insights.
• Resolve customer challenges with practical, value-added solutions.
