Orbia seeks an Area Sales Manager – Power Utility to drive growth across the US Power Utility market. This remote, field-based role focuses on strategic account development, channel relationships, pricing, forecasting, and territory analytics.

You will build relationships with utilities, distributors, contractors, and engineering firms, identify new opportunities, and collaborate across functions to ensure profitable growth while traveling ~75% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience within the Power Utility / electrical industry.
• Inside and/or outside sales experience with prospecting for new customers.
• Ability and willingness to travel ~75% of the time in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, sales, marketing or related.

• Own sales performance across assigned territories and set quarterly goals.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Power Utility market.
• Build long-term relationships with utilities, distributors, contractors, and engineers.
• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers at end-user accounts.
• Implement pricing strategies that support profitable growth.
• Forecast monthly sales volumes and provide visibility into upcoming needs.
• Use data to evaluate performance and manage the territory against budget.
• Establish goals for reps and distribution partners and track performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Customer Service to support customers.
• Participate in pricing and business reviews and communicate insights.
• Resolve customer challenges with practical, value-added solutions.
