Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Application Sales Engineer to drive system and product specification and solution sales across a remote territory. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategies, and deliver value to customers while enabling profitable growth.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in channel sales within electrical or data center industries, strong leadership, and proficiency in reading electrical schematics and Salesforce. Travel up to 50% is expected to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical field.
3+ years in channel sales, service or client support within electrical, data center or power industries.
Strong leadership with ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to read electrical schematics and analyze data for strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead system & product specification and solution sales to meet budget and financial goals.
Demonstrate execution of customer-facing business strategies for products and services.
Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications.
Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors and buying habits.
Plan and budget to support strategic goals and provide CRM forecasts.
Coordinate proposals with team members and manage project communications.
Act as a contact for customers in commercial matters and drive collaboration.
