Job summary

LucidLink is seeking a Post Sales Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to partner with customers from signature to renewal. You will onboard accounts, drive upgrades, and reduce escalations while spotting renewal risk and expansion opportunities across time zones.

This role supports UK or US East Coast, with remote work options. You will collaborate with sales and engineering to deliver smooth deployments and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers with API/SDK integrations.
• Understanding distributed storage and cloud architectures.
• Ability to discuss SSO/2FA and permissions in practice.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues under pressure.
• Ability to teach complex topics to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and verify successful setup within 30 days.
• Own renewal and expansion tracking for assigned accounts.
• Resolve escalations and minimize avoidable support issues.
• Identify renewal risk and expansion opportunities early.
