LucidLink is seeking a Post Sales Solutions Engineer to partner with customers from signature to renewal, ensuring smooth onboarding and clean upgrades. You will resolve complex issues before escalation and identify renewal risk early to drive expansion.

We advertise this role for hire in either the UK or the East Coast of the United States. You must be able to support customers across multiple time zones and geographies, owning renewal tracking and minimizing avoidable escalations.

Formación

• APIs, SDKs and integrations—guides technical customers to the integration approach that fits their environment.
• Distributed storage and cloud architecture—considers metadata vs. data separation, caching, and encryption trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and upgrade accounts to the latest product versions.
• Own renewal and expansion tracking for assigned accounts.
• Reduce escalations by diagnosing issues early and coordinating with support.
