Job summary

LucidLink seeks a Post Sales Solutions Engineer to be the technical partner from signature to renewal. You will onboard accounts, upgrade to the latest version, and resolve complex issues before they escalate, while spotting renewal risk and expansion opportunities.

Candidates must support customers across time zones, including UK or East Coast USA. You will own renewal tracking, guide customers through migrations, and serve as a trusted technical contact for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Guides technical customers to the integration approach that fits their environment.
• Explains storage and cloud architecture trade-offs with security considerations.
• Leads conversations on SSO, 2FA, and permissions in practice.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and upgrade to latest version within 30 days.
• Maintain renewal and expansion tracking for assigned accounts.
• Identify renewal risk and expansion opportunities early.
• Minimize escalations by proactive technical support and resolution.
