LucidLink seeks a Post Sales Solutions Engineer to be the trusted technical partner from signature to renewal. You will onboard new customers, drive upgrades, and safeguard renewal health across diverse accounts.

You’ll guide migrations, resolve complex issues, and own renewal expansion tracking while collaborating across time zones to deliver the latest LucidLink releases. You will support customers on a UK or East Coast US basis, aligning with time zones and geographies, and contribute to a

Qualifications

• APIs, SDKs and integrations: guides technical customers to the integration approach that fits their environment.
• Distributed storage and cloud architecture: explain metadata vs. data separation, caching, and encryption trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Onboard customers and ensure upgrades to the latest version.
• Own renewal and expansion tracking for assigned accounts.
• Reduce avoidable escalations of technical support tickets.
• Schedule and lead onboarding calls within 30 days of signing.
• Act as trusted technical point of contact on strategic accounts.
