Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager for Silvus Technologies to serve as the primary post-sales operations liaison between customers and manufacturing, coordinating POs, production schedules, and delivery of components to integrate into customers' production roadmaps. The role supports travel up to 30% across the continental U.S.

with 100% remote work possible depending on location. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in post-sales operations are required, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• US Person due to clients under US federal contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale operations liaison for NA customers, managing day-to-day needs.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance, quality metrics, and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate to internal teams.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing/logistics to resolve delays.
• Elevate technical integration challenges and manage hardware defect escalations.
• Oversee RMA process for timely replacements and analysis.
• Travel up to 30% to US-based sites, including Los Angeles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
