Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to act as the post-sales operations liaison between Silvus manufacturing and North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure timely integration into the customer's roadmap. The role requires travel to the Los Angeles HQ and across the continental U.S.

with up to 30% travel. Remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations or technical project coordination, preferably in defense hardware or manufacturing.
• Strong analysis of production schedules, POs, and demand forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Oracle or similar ERP experience is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale operations liaison with NA customers, managing day-to-day needs and escalations.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance, quality metrics, and roadmap alignment.
• Collaborate with demand planners to translate forecasts into actionable data for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to meet on-time delivery.
• Manage escalation for hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Oversee the RMA process for replacements and failure analysis.
• Travel up to 30% to customer sites and Silvus HQ.
