Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the primary post-sales operations liaison between manufacturing and major North America customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure components integrate smoothly into customers' production roadmaps.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and key customer sites. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between customer business needs and internal manufacturing constraints.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales operational liaison between Silvus manufacturing and North America customers.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to report on delivery performance and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts, translating them into actionable data for internal teams.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery commitments.
• Identify and elevate technical integration challenges and manage escalation processes.
• Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for timely replacements.
• Travel up to 30% to visit customers and Silvus HQ.
