Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Customer Operations Manager to bridge post-sale activities between manufacturing and North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure components integrate smoothly into customers' production roadmaps. The role requires travel to Silvus HQ in Los Angeles and other U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills translating customer needs to internal manufacturing constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale operations contact for key North America customers.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance, quality metrics, and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate into actionable data for manufacturing and supply chain.
