Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the primary post-sales liaison between manufacturing and North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure alignment with customers' production roadmaps.

The role requires close collaboration with sales, manufacturing, and logistics; travel to customer sites and Silvus HQ will be needed. 100% remote work is possible depending on location and company needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs to internal constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to US federal contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale contact for key North America customers, handling day-to-day operational needs and escalations.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance, quality metrics, and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners to drive internal actions.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to resolve delays.
• Manage RMA process and recovery of units for failure analysis.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ in Los Angeles and key customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
