Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales operations liaison between manufacturing and top North America customers. You’ll manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to align with customers' production roadmaps. The role requires travel to Los Angeles and across the continental U.S.

up to 30%. Remote work is eligible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication between customer needs and internal manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales ops contact for key North America customers.
• Lead QBRs to report on delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest production forecasts with demand planners and translate to internal teams.
• Track open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery; coordinate with manufacturing/logistics.
• Manage RMA and escalation processes for hardware issues.
