Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the primary post-sales operations liaison between Silvus manufacturing and North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to align with customers' production roadmaps.

This role offers up to 30% travel to our Los Angeles HQ and across the continental U.S., with a path to remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination (defense hardware/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong ability to analyze schedules, POs, and demand forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Oracle/ERP experience is a plus.
• U.S. Person required due to federal contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale ops liaison with key North America customers.
• Lead QBRs on delivery performance, quality metrics, and roadmap alignment.
• Coordinate with demand planners to ingest forecasts and translate to production plans.
• Track open POs to ensure on-time delivery; work with manufacturing and logistics to resolve delays.
• Manage hardware defect escalations and the RMA process.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and customer sites.
