Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to align post-sales activities with manufacturing and customer needs. You will coordinate orders, production schedules, and delivery with North American clients to ensure on-time integration into customers' production plans.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and Silvus HQ in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to identify discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills translating between customer needs and internal constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales operational liaison with North America customers, managing orders and schedules.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Collaborate with demand planners to translate forecasts into actionable manufacturing data.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to resolve delays.
• Manage the RMA process and ensure timely replacement and recovery of failed components.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and selected customer sites.
