Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Customer Operations Manager to report to the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations and Enablement. You will be the post‑sales liaison between manufacturing and our largest North America customers, managing purchase orders, production schedules and delivery coordination to keep components on time in customers' production roadmaps.

This role offers up to 30% travel to Silvus HQ in Los Angeles and across the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management or technical project coordination.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale operations liaison between manufacturing and North America customers.
• Manage day-to-day operational needs and escalations.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and translate demand forecasts into actionable data for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery.
• Elevate technical integration challenges and manage hardware defect escalations.
• Oversee RMA process to ensure timely replacement and recovery for failure analysis.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and across the continental U.S.
