Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to coordinate post-sales activities between Silvus manufacturing and North America customers. You will manage orders, schedules and delivery, while leading QBRs and aligning production roadmaps with demand forecasts.

The role requires strong communication, ERP experience, and a background in defense hardware or manufacturing. 100% remote eligibility is possible based on location, with up to 30% travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Ability to analyze schedules, purchase orders and forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs to internal constraints.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales ops liaison between Silvus manufacturing and North America customers.
• Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination.
• Lead QBRs and communicate delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest demand forecasts and translate into actionable data for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Oversee RMA process and ensure timely hardware replacements.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and key customers across the continental U.S.
