Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) who will lead client-facing initiatives across the full implementation lifecycle. You will translate payer needs into clear, complete requirements and maintain governance around decisions, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful design, testing, go-live, and ongoing support.

The role requires expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity, including COB, data mining, DRG review, and Lyric Replay products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, or project management.
• Minimum seven years in healthcare payment integrity, payer claims operations, or related field.
• Five years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity across COB, data mining, DRG review, etc.
• Ability to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and obtain approval for complex requirements.
• Experience developing process flows, user stories, and data specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead client partnership and implementation leadership for payer clients.
• Run discovery sessions, meetings, and executive-ready updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage requirements lifecycle, documentation, and approval processes.
• Coordinate milestones across discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
• Ensure alignment with contracted scope and business outcomes.
