Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to lead implementation lifecycles for payer clients. You will own requirements discovery, artifact governance, and cross-functional alignment from design through go-live and beyond.

The role demands expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity, data mapping, and stakeholder management, with a focus on clear communication, governed decision-making, and adoption of Lyric Replay product suites across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum seven years in healthcare payment integrity or related field.
• Minimum five years leading complex client-facing healthcare implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and executive-ready updates.
• Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and governance.
• Serve as the primary client-facing implementation lead for assigned payer clients.
• Coordinate milestones and dependencies across discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs, ensuring timely risk and issue resolution.
